At Exquisite Décor Designs understanding our client is of paramount importance in building the foundation for our project approach.
To this end, it is important that we initially set a 'get acquainted' conversation to determine how our services will be of value to you. If we mutually decide to move to the next stage we start by setting up an appointment to review your interior decor design needs. The initial meeting is FREE OF CHARGE!
When your sole request is that we recommend design concepts for the project, there is a small fee and the maximum time expended is 3 hours. In some cases that's all the client requires.
In most cases our clients continue to use our full services after the initial consultation and purchase products or services through our vendors, manufacturers or contractors. We get compensated in the form of discounts or commissions from the respective applicable vendors; as a result our design and consultation fees will be at no cost to you!
When our clients decide to do their own purchasing and installation using our guidance, then in that instance, there is a fee charged per hour in 5 hour increments.
Sometimes with large scale projects the client will prefer to pay us a negotiable flat fee for designing and managing the whole project from conception to completion with an additional 20% on purchases made through our quality monitored vendors, manufacturers and other service sources to obtain our discounts.
In any of these negotiable instances or combination there of, you will receive professional interior decor and design guidance that will far exceed your vision and expectations. JUST ASK!
